When I was a nurse I discovered the way to alleviate my arthritis pain. And it was not through medicine but by traditional treatment. I could eliminate the disease from my body by making few changes in my diet plan.

Osteoarthritis is a common type of arthritis and is an affliction of the joint cartilage and the bones. This happens due to wear and tear which happens over a period of time and the reason for such cause is a mystery to medical science. It is also prudent to avoid gluten food contents because it could be allergic to some people.
